Approve one physical sample first

The route, terrain, event logo and result information need to work together at real size. A sample provides the clearest way to approve proportions, colour, text readability and finish before any batch is produced.

After the sample is approved, the common parts of the design remain consistent. Variable details such as name, category, placing or stage can then be prepared for the final series.

What the organiser provides

• Official route GPX files and the exact event year.
• Logo files and basic brand guidelines.
• Required award categories and quantities.
• Variable names, places or stage labels.
• Desired delivery date and destination.
• Any sponsor marks that must appear.

Plan from the delivery date backwards

Please contact us at least a few weeks before the event. Custom awards should not begin in race week: time is needed for route review, concept development, a physical sample, organiser feedback, corrections and final production. The larger the edition and the more variable names it contains, the earlier the final list should be locked.

If results are only known on race day, the design can separate the common terrain object from a smaller result plate added after the finish. This keeps most production work outside the critical final hours.

How race award pricing is calculated

Pricing depends on the geographic area, object size, number of designs, personalisation, finishing requirements and quantity. One simple course with repeated category text costs less to prepare than five unique stage landscapes with individual athlete data.

The quote separates the initial route and design work from repeat production, so organisers can compare a pilot, small series and larger edition clearly.
